
We don’t know about you, but it’s a lot to read (and write) heavy personal essays at times — especially on the internet which never stops bombarding us with stories of trauma. So we’re changing things up this week and sending you a sunny side-up printable featuring the affirmations we shared last week (which is usually just for paid subscribers).
Last week we shared a few patient affirmations we love to hear — specifically ones that don’t inspire the toxic positivity mindset that can make affirmations feel a bit ick. (Didn’t you hear? EveRyThiNg HappEns foR a ReAson. 😅)
In light of that post — and since Valentine’s Day was last week — this month’s Trackers & Treats printable embraces words of affirmation, validation, and self-love.
On the first page, I created cards that feature our favorites, alongside two additional affirmations that I hope resonate with you. On the second page, you’ll find a full page of blank cards for you to fill in with phrases, words, or even pictures (or stickers!) to serve as daily reminders that you are, indeed, the GOAT.
Whether you prefer the prefilled ones or want to create your own, print the cards out (I recommend using cardstock if you want them to last longer) and stick the phrases somewhere you’ll see them often. A few potential recommendations on places you can tape or glue them to that you may commonly glance at:
